I just wanted to share with you my latest fashion work, from my Foundation Diploma course. I have just finished (yay!) studying the UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at Weston College and I can honestly say it has been the best year of my education so far. I did it to enable me to get into more universities, consequently giving me more choice. I have learnt so much and i have developed massively as a creative individual - i would highly recommend to ANYONE who wants to study an art/design subject in the future!
My final hand in for my Final Major Project was on Tuesday (11th) and i am SO relieved. I've never experienced so much stress before! But now I can rest and sleep and eat to my hearts content! I have the Opening Night of my exhibition next Tuesday - so i am sure i will harass you with images from that soon, beware!
My chosen topic for FMP was 'Disease', referring to the disease of addiction in particular. It was a very difficult, emotional and sometimes disturbing topic to delve into, but i loved every second of it and as a result I have achieved my best design work to date! Heres a sneaky peek at some of the best images from the photoshoot of my final collection . . .
I'm so proud of it, eeep! What do you guys think?! I'm the model in the images, and i am NO model so don't be too mean ha!
As I have already mentioned, my exhibition is on Tuesday so I am looking forward to showing the world my little exhibition space! And of course i'll keep you lovely lot updated with it too, you can't get out of it that easy!
I won't know what grade i have until the end of the month, oh the tension, so wish me luck!
